Respected Hakeem Sahib, Assalam o Alaikum! I am fond of spiritual acts since 1991. Whatever book I found regarding spiritual acts I just read but did not get much success. In 2006 I met a saint in Malir Cantt. He told me meditations of Allah's name which I am still doing and learning the spiritual path from him. I love saints and pious people so much and I always keep on trying to meet them and to learn from them so that I learn something from anywhere and do something for the humans just for the sake of Allah. 1. For all kinds of liver diseases, I blow 21 times تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ on water, it ends all kinds of liver problems. Tested recitation and blow for eye pimple: 2. For eye pimples I recite ﷽ on berry leaves then I rub these leaves on the eye pimple and within a few days, it ends. It is a very successful spiritual act. 3. For fever, I recite four Quls (Surah Al-Kafiroun · Surah Al-Ikhlas · Surah Al-Falaq · Surah An-Nas) on 7 threads and recite this and I tie 14 knots Kuful Kar dum wa bastam Binam e falan (write patient’s name here) Bihaq e La illaha illalahu Muhammad ur Rasool Allah. قفل کر دم و بستم بنام فلاں (write patient's name here) بحق لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللہ
4. If someone is afflicted with either magic or Jinn, to know this, I just measure a thread of his height and recite surah Muzamil 7 times with Darood Sharif 11 times in start and end and I just blow on it. For the end of the evil eye just recite 3 times. 5. For the end of the evil eye, I just recite 3 times (وَإِن يَكَادُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ بِأَبْصَارِهِمْ لَمَّا سَمِعُوا الذِّكْرَ وَيَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُ لَمَجْنُونٌ) (Surah al Qalam verse no.51) and blow. For the recovery of Umbilicus/ Navel Displacement just tie this amulet on the arm

6. For Umbilicus/ Navel Displacement I write this amulet and make it tied to the arm (of the patient).
Whenever and whatever you want to pray for, just ask like this, you will get it. 7. Whenever I ask anything from Allah so I recite Surah Fatiha 1 time and Surah Qul Hu Allah (Surah Ikhlas) 3 times with Darood Sharif 3 times at start and end, I never failed.
If there is any illness just recite this! 8. If anyone has any kind of illness, I just blow by reciting 7 times Surah Fatiha with Darood sharif at start and end. For headaches, I recite and blow Surah Ikhlas 3, 7, or 11 times. The amulet for tooth pain. 9. For tooth pain, I just write an amulet (لِّكُلِّ نَبَإٍ مُّسْتَقَرٌّ وَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ) (Surah Inaam 67). Just write on paper and wear it around the neck. You can also use it for drinking. Ayat of cure on a ceramic plate! 10. For every illness, I write Ayat-e-cure on a ceramic plate or a paper to drink. 11. Sometimes without reading anything, with the core of my heart, and with full dedication by the remembrance of Allah I just pray for others, and their work gets done. The amulet for liver diseases 12. The amulet for liver diseases: (لَّوْ كَانَ الْبَحْرُ مِدَادًا لِّكَلِمٰتِ) (Kahf Ayat 109) just write and tie it with arm.
